Key outcomes
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting research and outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Proactively engage with prospects to explain our Employer of Record services and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain precise records of all prospect interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and provide actionable feedback on campaigns.
- Stay informed on market conditions and competitor activity to effectively position our services.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets regarding lead qualification and scheduled meetings.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in sales development or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the desire to contribute to a high-growth team.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing services.
