About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level, outbound-focused position where you will drive our growth by identifying and engaging with prospects in the mid-market and enterprise sectors. You will work in a hybrid capacity, helping us build our pipeline through strategic research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new leads through creative outbound strategies, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring your outreach is highly relevant.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or business development, ideally within the SaaS or technical product space.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical leaders, including CTOs and cofounders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience using modern sales tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on crafting personalized, impactful messaging.
  • A self-starting mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • You must be based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area to facilitate in-person meetings and event attendance.

Location

This position is based in the United States, specifically requiring local presence in the greater San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid work.

Compensation and Benefits
