About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this junior-level role, you will take ownership of the entire sales journey, ranging from initial outbound outreach to securing signed contracts. You will be the primary point of contact for business owners, helping them understand their valuation and guiding them through the complexities of our platform to ensure a successful exit strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full-cycle sales motion, which includes everything from cold outreach to finalizing sale agreements.
- Engage directly with business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to cultivate relationships and generate interest in our services.
- Maintain your sales pipeline and track all conversions accurately using our CRM tools to ensure consistent progress toward your monthly targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of communication skills and a competitive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- One to two years of professional experience in sales or outbound outreach, ideally within SaaS, financial services, or marketplace environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospective clients.
- A highly organized approach to work, with a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from initial sourcing to closing.
- A growth-oriented mindset and a strong desire to learn new tools and improve your sales performance.
Location
This position is based in the United States. Please note that this role requires you to work from our office four days per week.
