We are Tanso, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. You will play a vital role in helping companies effectively decarbonize while launching your sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and accelerate our sales pipeline by actively reaching out to potential prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct lead discovery to identify customer pain points and needs, effectively pitching our solutions and scheduling product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to refine our outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to improve market visibility.
  • Gather valuable industry insights from customer interactions and share them with our product team to ensure we meet actual market demands.

Must-haves

  • Fluency in German at a C2 level and English at a C1 level or higher.
  • A pre-existing working permit for the EU.
  • Current residence in Munich or a willingness to relocate there.
  • A strong desire to kickstart a career in B2B SaaS sales and grow within a dynamic, seed-stage company.
