What is this role?
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales department on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that functions in a hybrid capacity. As the first point of contact for our potential customers, you will act as the face and voice of Disguise. Your primary mission is to engage, qualify, and drive new business opportunities across the Americas while collaborating closely with our global teams to inspire creatives and technologists to explore our platform.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to meet your lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Manage inbound lead follow-ups by researching prospects, hosting discovery meetings, and conducting compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate customer records and report on key performance indicators using Salesforce and Salesloft to ensure our sales processes remain efficient and effective.

- At least 2 years of experience in a lead generation capacity, specifically with cold calling, qualifying leads, and handling objections.
- Proven experience working within a formal sales process, ideally in SaaS, hardware, or technical services.
- Proficiency using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track progress.
- A strong interest in or existing knowledge of the production, broadcast, live events, or film studio industries.
- A winning mindset that is both bold and resilient, combined with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $65,000 to $72,000 USD for candidates based in the United States. Please note that this range does not include the commission component of your total compensation package.
