We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Recurring Revenues / Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in Weiterstadt, Germany, on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will help us expand our impact by driving the adoption of our workflows and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase customer adoption of our digital workflows, including resin, training, and design services across the EMEA region.
- Lead the coordination of our inside sales partners, beginning with operations in Germany and the UK, while utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage lead qualification and automation.
- Collaborate with our marketing, resin, and cloud design teams to create effective go-to-market campaigns and tailor our solutions to meet the specific needs of our European customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in growth, customer success, or business development within a scaling organization.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience in the dental or digital dentistry industry, including work with direct or channel sales.
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing inside sales teams.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, account management systems, and sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing customer needs effectively.
- Fluency in English and German is required, and proficiency in French is considered a significant advantage.
- The ability and willingness to travel as the business requires.
