About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Outside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site position based in Herriman, Utah, where you will focus on cultivating high-value referral relationships. You will be the face of our company, responsible for driving growth by connecting with key industry partners and maintaining a robust sales pipeline in the competitive restoration and construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with essential referral sources, including property management firms, insurance adjusters, and local municipal contacts.
- Manage your daily sales activities through consistent prospecting, strategic route planning, and diligent follow-ups to ensure a steady flow of business.
- Represent our brand at industry networking events and conferences to increase our visibility and strengthen our professional network.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales with a documented track record of success.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, paired with a high-energy, professional approach to customer service.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Prior experience working within the restoration or construction industry is highly preferred.
Location
This role is based out of our office in Herriman, Utah, and requires regular travel to client sites and local networking engagements.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a $60,000 base salary plus commission, with a total earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $250,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
