Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Partner Sales team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere, including the United States. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by driving our Staking as a Service offerings to institutional partners.
Your impact
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and identifying key decision-makers to closing commercial negotiations.
- Consult with potential partners to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their staking product offerings.
- Represent P2P.org at industry conferences and public events to expand our network and brand presence.
What you'll need
- Deep knowledge of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
- Proven success in a quota-driven, full-cycle sales or business development role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- A consultative sales approach backed by strong analytical skills and a track record of closing complex deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote team.
