Through years of research, we have pioneered award-winning products like our pea protein milk and the world's first fava bean yogurt. As we continue to grow and expand our reach across Germany, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and drive our sales efforts to the next level.

What you bring

As a Junior Business Development Manager in this full-time, on-site role based in Germany, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and nurturing long-term partnerships. Your work will directly influence our growth through the following core responsibilities:

  • Driving new customer acquisition specifically within the retail sector across the DACH region.
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure they remain reliable, sustainable, and built on trust.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines a sharp analytical mind with a hunger for success. You should have some practical sales experience and a desire to deepen your expertise in this field, perhaps complemented by methodical experience gained through internships in consulting. A strong academic background from a top-tier university is ideal. You must be highly comfortable working with data to calculate opportunities and provide clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential, as is the persistence required to navigate longer deal cycles. We need someone who is ready to be on-site in Berlin weekly, and we would love it if you have an affinity for the organic sector or experience with the Austrian and Swiss markets.
