Role at a glance
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Belgium. This is a mid-level position perfect for a driven individual with 3 to 8 years of experience in commercial roles, such as solution sales or account management, who is eager to make a significant impact in the tech and SaaS space.
Your impact
- You will own the growth of our non-public industry segment by developing a robust pipeline and cultivating long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- You will act as a strategic advisor, showing clients how our DXP and AI capabilities can accelerate their ROI and help them reach their digital ambitions.
- You will serve as a thought leader by building your personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn and representing us at industry events to expand our network.
What you'll need
- A strong background in digital transformation, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
- A natural ability to build trust-based relationships and a genuine drive to exceed commercial targets.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, with a curious mindset toward using AI tools to streamline and scale your sales process.
