We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us expand our product into new markets and deepen our relationships with key partners.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to bring on new vendors, expand our support into new markets, and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage complex licensing agreements with real estate associations and MLS partners to ensure the continuous flow of data that powers our platform.
- Build a scalable account management process from the ground up, serving as our first dedicated hire in this function to drive product adoption and meet key performance indicators.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in business development and a passion for modernizing the real estate transaction process. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Five to nine years of progressive experience in business development roles.
- A deep understanding of the real estate industry and experience launching new products within this space.
- Proven expertise in managing legal contracts and vendor relationships.
- Strong skills in building consensus and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- The ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset for working with internal product and engineering teams.
What you'll get
The base pay range for this position is $113,400 to $138,600 annually, though the final offer may vary based on your specific skills and experience.
