WOO X is a global centralized platform for spot and futures crypto trading, providing top-tier liquidity and price execution to hundreds of thousands of users. With daily trading volumes consistently surpassing $1.5 billion, we prioritize integrity and transparency, notably through our industry-leading live Proof of Reserves and Liabilities dashboard. Our team of approximately 180 professionals operates across 12 cities in Europe and Asia, and we are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a vital role in our global team, managing high-value relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand our reach while ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategies to onboard and support high-volume trading clients, such as hedge funds, market makers, and proprietary trading firms.
- Build and nurture partnerships that increase liquidity and drive taker flow while managing existing client accounts to maximize their trading activity.
- Work alongside our product, engineering, and ecosystem teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvements for our trading platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within the financial trading, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
- A robust professional network within the institutional trading space, including established connections with liquidity providers and market makers.
- Deep familiarity with crypto trading strategies, order flow management, and market liquidity dynamics.
- Strong data-driven mindset combined with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, strategic approach to identifying market trends and expanding business operations.
