- Utilize the SPICED framework for lead qualification and implement creative outreach strategies across multiple channels.
- Build trust with logistics decision-makers by effectively communicating the value of our collaborative platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as sales, project management, or consulting, ideally within the logistics or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial logistics processes and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder structures in large organizations.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving paired with a high level of execution and team spirit.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
Compensation
We offer a dynamic environment where you can gain deep insights into B2B SaaS sales while helping to shape a major European industry. Our benefits package includes:
- A remote-first work environment supported by a virtual office, complemented by physical office locations in Berlin and Munich.
- Flexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Paid time off and a culture built on trust and ownership.
- Opportunities for professional development, including personal coaching and clear career paths toward account management or enterprise sales.
- Regular team retreats and sales events to foster our collaborative culture.
