The role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales who is ready to take ownership of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for driving growth for our Payments Hub, cash management solutions, and financial document automation products. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on activity, skill, and a genuine desire to win.

Core responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline by creating target call lists and executing prospecting KPIs to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment to conducting high-impact presentations and closing deals with corporate finance executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and your wider team to consistently meet monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate documentation and forecasting within our CRM systems.

Skills and experience

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to senior corporate stakeholders, such as CFOs, Treasurers, and Controllers.
  • Expertise in pipeline building, networking, negotiation, and closing complex deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, and corporate payment workflows.
  • A creative approach to prospecting and the ability to differentiate our solutions against competitors in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
