The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, focusing specifically on our ERP sales initiatives. You will take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial conversation with a potential client to the final handshake. Your work will be instrumental in positioning our Oracle ERP and SaaS offerings as the premier choice for businesses in the region, and you will play a key role in shaping how we connect with our partners and clients.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end sales process, which includes identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, and navigating negotiations to close deals successfully.
- You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing them with the enablement and resources they need to succeed while gathering feedback to ensure our long-term partnership remains strong.
- You will oversee vendor management and provide mentorship to our pre-sales team, sharing your expertise in product knowledge and engagement techniques to help the entire group reach its goals.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the software landscape. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in business development or inside sales, specifically within the Oracle ERP or SaaS sectors.
- You are highly skilled at managing complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, allowing you to effectively lead regional client engagements and internal team mentorship.
- You are currently based in Saudi Arabia and are ready to hit the ground running with our Riyadh-based team.
