The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Germany. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, helping us expand our footprint in the healthcare sector. You will fit perfectly into our team if you are passionate about B2B sales and want to make a tangible impact on the efficiency of medical practices. This is a hybrid position that offers you the chance to work closely with our partners while enjoying the flexibility of a modern, fast-paced work environment.
A day in the life
- You will manage the entire sales funnel, from identifying and cold calling potential leads to delivering pitches and successfully closing contracts.
- You will act as a consultant for medical facilities, listening to their unique challenges and helping them implement the right solutions from our product portfolio.
- You will lead negotiations with practice owners and administrative staff, using your empathy and clarity to build lasting, professional relationships.
Who you are
You are a driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the fintech and healthcare space. We value your personality and potential just as much as your experience. You should possess the following:
- Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or fintech, or a strong drive and hunger to learn.
- A proactive mindset with no fear of cold calling, viewing every conversation as an opportunity to provide value.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and solid proficiency in English.
- Resilience, discipline, and a structured approach to your work.
- A natural curiosity that allows you to ask the right questions and truly understand the needs of your clients.
