The opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion within the Gaming industry. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and guide clients through the entire sales lifecycle. This is a chance to shape your own success while helping gaming companies reach players around the globe. We provide comprehensive training on our workflows and technology, ensuring you have the tools you need to excel and grow your career with us.

A day in the life

  • You will actively source and secure new business through a mix of networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events to grow our presence in the gaming sector.
  • You will manage the entire sales process, from the initial lead generation and high-level presentations to contract negotiations and final account management.
  • You will act as a strategic consultant for your clients, helping them understand how our localization and technology services can solve their unique business challenges.

Who you are

You are a seasoned sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and building meaningful, long-term relationships. You bring a proven track record of success in the gaming industry and have a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in a competitive market. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally supported by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of urgency, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a commitment to high-level integrity and service.
  • Fluency in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively within our international team.
