What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Conveyancer Sales team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital role in our UK expansion by driving the adoption of our digital platform among law firms to make property transactions smoother and more efficient.
What will you do?
- Execute our sales strategy within the conveyancing sector to increase the adoption of the PEXA platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms and CMS providers, within your assigned geographical area.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide strategic insights to your leadership team to help shape our ongoing market approach.

You are a motivated professional with a strong background in sales, particularly within the PropTech, Legal, or Conveyancing sectors. If you are a conveyancing solicitor looking to transition into a sales-focused career, we would love to hear from you. You should possess the following qualities:
- A solid understanding of UK property transactions and the conveyancing process.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with digital technology platforms and a proven ability to drive adoption.
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter while remaining a collaborative member of our national team.
- A willingness to travel across your region and nationwide as needed.
- Fluency in English.
