We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help shape the future of contingent workforce solutions for leading enterprises.
Key outcomes
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing complex, multi-threaded deals that change how organizations engage with independent talent.
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders within HR, procurement, finance, and legal departments.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and ensure our messaging resonates with the market.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and industry networking, while ensuring high standards for CRM data management.
- Represent our brand at industry conferences and events to contribute to the broader conversation regarding the future of work.
- Provide actionable market insights to our product team to ensure our offerings remain ahead of evolving customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and close complex enterprise sales cycles independently.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in building and managing a consistent outbound and inbound pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to deal management.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A track record of success selling to organizations that manage large populations of contractors or freelancers.
- Direct experience selling to creative agencies, marketing teams, or retail groups with complex talent requirements.
- Deep knowledge of AOR and EOR models, particularly regarding independent contractor compliance and classification.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms, MSPs, and workforce compliance technology.
- A background in HR tech, procurement software, or staffing platforms.
- The ability to build trust quickly with senior leadership across multiple corporate functions.
Compensation
