The role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. While this is a remote position, you will be a vital presence in the Australian market, requiring regular travel to events, particularly in the Sydney area. This is a leadership-focused role where you will drive field sales, mentor independent distributors, and implement strategic growth initiatives that define our success in the region.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute localized sales strategies to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing network of independent distributors.
- Lead large-scale community and brand events to increase market awareness and drive consistent customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with our international sales coordinators and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and deliver data-driven growth recommendations.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in direct selling or multi-level marketing leadership. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct selling or network marketing leadership.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and leadership development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital reporting tools to manage sales operations.
- Strong fluency in English, with additional language skills such as Mandarin being highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of the Australian market, consumer behavior, and community engagement dynamics.
- A valid motor vehicle license and the flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required for events.
