What you bring
As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a vital bridge between our marketing and sales teams. You will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity, with the expectation of being in our Atlanta or Duluth, Georgia offices up to three days per week. Your primary focus will be optimizing our lead generation strategies and managing our proposal processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire RFP process from initial response to final submission.
- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of all sales and marketing document repositories, including our Loopio platform.
- Developing and curating content to support client presentations and other essential marketing collateral.
Requirements
We are looking for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. You should have at least four years of experience creating RFP proposals and managing the proposal process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Loopio is strongly preferred. While not required, a degree in marketing or business and experience within the insurance industry will set you apart. We value candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects while meeting tight deadlines.
