The role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our global sales team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom. You will serve as a key hunter, focusing on new account acquisition and guiding enterprise brands through the early stages of their journey with our platform. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and solving the logistical challenges of content creation at scale.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to acquire new enterprise business and win back churned accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with major brands by effectively communicating our value proposition and acting as a strategic consultant for their video content needs.
- Manage your entire sales pipeline within our HubSpot-centric tech stack, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent activity to meet monthly revenue targets.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in new business acquisition, specifically as a sales hunter with a track record of success.
- Extensive background in enterprise sales, ideally within the advertising, media, or content creation sectors.
- Deep proficiency with CRM systems to manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to the critical first purchase.
- Exceptional presentation and networking skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver compelling value propositions.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and remote-friendly work environment.
- Fluency in English.
