We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis and help expand our reach across European markets. At Hybe.io we develop tools that help mobile app developers promote their applications through programmatic advertising, and our platform is trusted by teams who want data-driven growth. In this role you will identify new prospects, build lasting relationships, and turn opportunities into successful partnerships while representing our mission and values at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and close new developers who integrate and use our platform to advertise their mobile applications, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition to our Mobile Programmatic Experts.
- Work proactively with our Pipedrive CRM to keep business processes aligned and maintain accurate records of leads and accounts.
- Collaborate with our Mobile Programmatic Experts and Data Science teams to solve client challenges using the capabilities of our platform and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in sales or business development, ideally within the mobile advertising or programmatic space.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and close deals independently in the EMEA region.
- Strong working knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRM tools, along with excellent English communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a track record of improving processes and continuously seeking growth opportunities.
