We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help shape our growth strategy within the Americas region, with a specific focus on the datacenter segment and AI power infrastructure.
Key outcomes
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets, applications, and geographic territories.
- Develop and implement innovative business models and strategic partnerships to drive regional growth.
- Analyze market trends and technological shifts, collaborating with sales, marketing, and field application engineering teams to meet customer needs.
- Build a network of suppliers, customers, and channel partners to foster collaborative product and solution development.
- Create and execute a comprehensive annual regional strategy, including detailed market segmentation, sizing, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to provide global intelligence for your focus segment.
- Partner with product managers and R&D teams to influence strategic product roadmaps based on direct customer and market feedback.
- Serve as a company representative at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of experience in a commercial role centered on the development of new markets, customers, or applications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling specifically into the datacenter market, with a focus on cloud service providers.
- The ability and willingness to travel at least 50 percent of the time within the Americas region.
- Proficiency in English.

- Technical expertise in the power industry, power electronics, or communication infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- A self-driven, creative, and curious approach to learning new technologies.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $185,000 USD. We offer a flexible work environment that includes both hybrid and remote work options to support our team members.
