The role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team as an intern. This position is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, on-site environment in India. You will play a vital role in our growth strategy, and high-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after the initial three-month term.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from conducting market research and qualifying leads to scheduling meetings with C-level executives.
• Execute promotional campaigns using email marketing and social media to identify and nurture potential business opportunities.
• Facilitate direct communication with prospects through cold calling, professional emails, and phone interactions to secure new business.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset. We value candidates who bring high energy and a strong desire to learn. Key requirements include:

• Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and presentations.

• The ability to handle administrative tasks, such as coordinating proposals and managing documentation like NDAs.

Compensation and benefits

For this internship, we provide a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 600 to Rs. 1200. Beyond the financial compensation, you will gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment, with the potential to secure a permanent role based on your performance.
