About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Director to join us in a full-time capacity. In this senior role, you will be responsible for identifying and scaling revenue opportunities and strategic integrations. You will work closely with our partners, including major entities like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Snap, and Pinterest, to drive our product distribution and service coverage. This is a hybrid position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic relationships to create lasting value for our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead growth initiatives by working in tandem with our global commercial and product leadership teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from initial ideation and contract negotiation to product launch and ongoing execution.
- Develop robust business cases and financial models in collaboration with our finance and pricing teams to evaluate new opportunities and ensure their commercial success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the advertising technology sector. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in business development, strategy, or partnership management, ideally with direct experience working with closed ecosystem partners.
- A proven ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong technical comprehension and the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a highly motivated approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
