What you bring

As a Business Development Associate, you will be based in our Ulaanbaatar office while working closely with our London headquarters to drive partnerships in the UK market. This is a full-time role perfect for a student or recent graduate who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing sales outreach, collaborating with our tech partnerships team, and presenting our solution to potential clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Executing sales targets across key sectors like eCommerce, logistics, and infrastructure.
• Connecting with businesses via LinkedIn and email to secure and close new partnership deals.
• Leading sales meetings and creating high-quality presentation decks that demonstrate the value of our technology.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and comfortable communicating with international stakeholders. You should be tech-savvy, able to explain complex concepts simply, and highly organized in managing your daily tasks. We value candidates who are proactive, ambitious, and capable of working autonomously. While we provide comprehensive training, we look for individuals who take initiative and are eager to learn. Proficiency in Korean is also highly valued. You should be comfortable working from 11am to 8pm to align with UK business hours.
