We work with neobanks, fintechs, and institutions to power cross-border payments, B2B transactions, and credit card services, and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to help us expand our reach in this borderless financial landscape.
Responsibilities
- Identify, secure, and nurture high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Serve as a primary advisor and thought leader for our external partners regarding the Rain ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate content, events, and promotional offers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth and activation programs.
- Drive progress toward ambitious company-wide business goals.
- Maintain high standards for deal hygiene in our sales tools and ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of experience in business development or a closely related field.
- A bachelor’s degree, with advanced degrees considered a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proven history of solving complex business problems.
- Experience managing the full deal lifecycle while working cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable impact against concrete business objectives.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Background in B2B sales.
- Experience working within both the U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A deep interest in or prior experience with crypto and blockchain technology.
