We are Ebury, a global leader in the fintech space that helps businesses expand and trade internationally. Since our founding in 2009 by Juan Lobato and Salvador García, we have grown into a team of over 1,700 professionals across 38 offices in more than 25 countries. We provide a wide range of services, including international payments, FX risk management, and trade finance. We are currently seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Athens on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for a junior professional looking to launch a career in financial sales, where your performance directly influences your growth and earnings.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential sales leads.
Reach out to key decision makers via phone to introduce our financial solutions and build lasting professional relationships.
Understand the specific needs of prospective clients to provide tailored services that help their businesses grow while meeting your own performance targets.

Requirements

Fluency in both Greek and English.
A genuine interest in financial markets and the fintech industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
A highly motivated, ambitious mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
