The role

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team on a full-time basis in France. This position is designed for a junior professional looking to launch their career in sales. You will serve as the first point of contact in our sales cycle, playing a vital role in our growth by connecting with senior decision-makers across diverse industries like fashion, cosmetics, and manufacturing. This is a hybrid role where you will report directly to our Sales Director for France.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to identify and engage high-value prospects.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through personalized emails and phone calls to qualify leads and present our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on inbound initiatives, such as webinars and events, to secure product demonstrations.

Skills and experience

  • You are a recent graduate with an initial commercial experience and a strong desire to take on new challenges.
  • You possess a genuine curiosity for international trade and the intricacies of the global freight sector.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and French, allowing you to speak clearly and concisely with C-level executives.
  • You are resilient, determined, and highly organized, with the ability to manage your daily tasks and follow-ups with rigor.
