What you'll be doing

• You will design, implement, and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery programs that protect our operations across all global business units.
• You will conduct thorough risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and establish effective recovery strategies.
• You will provide strategic leadership by coordinating with international teams, facilitating emergency response drills, and ensuring our plans remain aligned with evolving business needs and local regulations.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in risk management and organizational resilience. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in business continuity planning or a related risk management field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or Risk Management.
• Professional certification in Business Continuity Management, such as CBCP or MBCI, is highly preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects while working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders and provide steady leadership during high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with specialized business continuity software and a willingness to travel to support global site assessments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
