About the Role
We are hiring a Business Consultant to join us on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is essential to our success, as you will be responsible for managing sales performance within your assigned territory. You will act as a partner to our accounts, helping them grow while ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive incremental growth across your assigned accounts by developing strategic business plans, maintaining a consistent call cycle, and executing effective communication strategies.
- Manage both existing and new business development, which includes prospecting, cold calling, and conducting professional presentations to secure new partnerships.
- Visit colleges within your territory on a quarterly basis to build relationships with future professionals and identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and a dedication to building lasting client relationships. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in field sales, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven ability to manage accounts, including experience working with salons, spas, or independent business owners.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver’s license, as this role requires daily travel to visit accounts.
- Fluency in English.
Location
This is an on-site role based in the United Kingdom, specifically covering the South, Central, and West London regions.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per year, plus additional incentives. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive package of perks:
