We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our team in France on a full-time, hybrid basis to help drive our strategic growth within large-scale accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on contact center operations and customer experience to guide our clients.
  • Support the sales organization by participating in client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses, business cases, and functional documentation.
  • Analyze complex client challenges to propose effective, high-value solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for our project and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Product, Tech, and Sales, to refine our enterprise offerings and consulting standards.
  • Conduct client audits to evaluate processes, KPIs, and organizational maturity.

Must-haves

  • Extensive experience in consulting or advisory roles within complex, large-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of the contact center and customer experience ecosystem.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to formalize complex ideas into professional, persuasive documents.
  • Strong proficiency in producing RFP responses and functional delivery artifacts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from operational staff to C-level executives.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
