ABOUT THE POSITION
Business Central (D365) Owner at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s your chance to build the blueprint for how one of the fastest-growing lifestyle brands uses data to scale smarter, faster, and bolder. From the backend architecture to the frontlines of decision-making, you’ll be steering the data strategy that powers everything from product launches to operational excellence.
Your Role: you’ll be the backbone of BURGA’s ERP operations. You’ll ensure our system runs smoothly, maintain accurate BOM structures, and support teams across manufacturing and sales with reliable data and processes. Your work will maintain stable operations, resolve issues before they become problems, and drive improvements that make our business run more efficiently and effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Administer, maintain, and actively develop Bill of Materials (BOMs) and related functionalities in D365 Business Central.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors or inconsistencies — ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Manage and register sales orders and transactional data with precision and ownership.
- Provide daily ERP support to end-users, acting as the go-to expert for system-related questions.
- Lead process improvements across IT and Operations by analyzing workflows, proposing enhancements, and driving implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover automation opportunities and build practical solutions.
- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date system documentation and ensure absolute data accuracy.
- Take ownership as the system’s developer, working on customizations, integrations, and enhancements that push the business forward.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Solid understanding of BOM structures, manufacturing processes, and data accuracy requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot system errors, providing reliable, scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, or experience creating extensions in D365 BC, is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with customizations, integrations, and improving system performance.
- A proactive process leader, able to take ownership, guide improvements, and influence system-related decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Clear, effective communication and a collaborative approach when working with multiple teams.
SALARY: 4000 - 5000 EUR GROSS/month. We're open to discussing this based on your experience and competencies.
