Role at a glance

We are seeking a Business Central (D365) Owner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Lithuania, and you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment as we scale our operations.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of our ERP operations by administering and developing Bill of Materials structures to ensure manufacturing and sales data remains precise.
• Act as the primary technical expert for end-users by troubleshooting system errors, resolving inconsistencies, and providing reliable support to keep our daily operations running smoothly.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation through tools like Power Automate, and implementing system enhancements that help us scale faster.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in ERP systems and a proactive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• A solid grasp of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and the importance of maintaining high data accuracy.
• Proficiency in SQL and a track record of identifying and fixing system performance issues.
• Experience with Power Automate or creating extensions within D365 is a significant advantage.
• The ability to communicate clearly in English while collaborating across various departments.
