As we continue to scale our operations and manage over 50,000 apartments throughout Europe, we are looking for a Business Automations Consultant to help us drive efficiency and support our ongoing growth.
What you'll be doing
- You will spearhead organizational innovation by digitizing our core operations, building new automations, and integrating essential tools into our workflow.
- You will act as an internal consultant, partnering with management and cross-functional teams to track key metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and execute our strategic goals.
- You will take ownership of decision-making processes and organizational planning frameworks to ensure our daily operations remain perfectly aligned with our company vision.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Two to five years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with additional experience in SQL being highly valued.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to engage productively with diverse stakeholders.
- A talent for analytical thinking, using data to drive efficiency and support business decisions.
- A solid understanding of change management principles to help us navigate company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Business fluency in English.
