We are now looking for a talented individual to help us scale our operations and improve our internal efficiency.
About the Role
We are searching for a Business Automations Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this mid-level role, you will serve as an internal consultant with a strong technical focus. You will collaborate across departments to design and implement automated solutions, using your technical expertise to streamline our business operations and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by digitalizing core operations, building new automations, and integrating advanced tools.
- Analyze current business processes by monitoring key performance metrics to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Partner with management and cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, manage organizational planning, and ensure our goals are met.
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with additional experience in SQL considered a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage projects and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into efficient process improvements.
- Solid understanding of change management principles to support company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Business fluency in English.
Location
This position is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model.
