What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position where you will take the lead in optimizing our internal systems to drive efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the company. You will be a key player in ensuring our technology stack remains robust and scalable as we continue to grow.

What will you do?

• You will partner with various departments to translate their operational needs into effective technical solutions.
• You will manage, configure, and customize our core business platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling.
• You will build and maintain data integrations while creating insightful dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI to support our reporting needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in IT and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling.
• Deep knowledge of data integration techniques and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bonus points if you hold relevant certifications in our core application platforms.
