We're building the future of AI hardware at Tenstorrent, where a team of technologists created a high-performance RISC-V CPU from the ground up and continues to push what's possible in performance, usability, and efficiency. We're looking for a Business Applications Manager who can keep our enterprise systems running smoothly while we scale.
Role at a glance
This full-time, senior-level position is based in Santa Clara, CA and follows a hybrid work schedule. The role centers on leading the selection, rollout, and ongoing optimization of our core business platforms so teams across the company can work faster and smarter.
Your impact
- Own the complete lifecycle of our enterprise applications-from choosing new tools and guiding integrations to day-to-day support-so the systems stay reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with department heads to translate operational needs into technology solutions, then drive continuous improvements that boost efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional projects, manage vendor relationships, and roll out training programs that help every user get the most from our ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud platforms.
What you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field-or the equivalent hands-on experience. You bring at least five years of leadership managing enterprise software implementations and integrations, ideally with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or Workday. Strong project-management skills, experience with process optimization and change management, and comfort working in Agile or Waterfall environments are essential. You should also be confident handling vendor negotiations, enforcing IT governance and data-security standards, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities round out the profile.
Perks and compensation
Compensation for this role ranges from $100k to $500k, including base and variable targets; the final offer depends on experience, skills, education, background, and location. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package and the flexibility of hybrid work.
