Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, or the Washington, DC metro area, where you will spend two to three days a week collaborating with your colleagues in the office.

Your impact

• You will partner with stakeholders across the company to translate their operational needs into effective technical solutions.
• You will take ownership of our core technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling, ensuring these systems are configured and optimized to support our growth.
• You will build and maintain robust data integrations and advanced dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to empower our team with actionable insights.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Between five and ten years of professional experience in IT.
• Deep technical fluency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling.
• Strong expertise in data integration, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication skills to bridge the gap between technical systems and business goals.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 per year, with final compensation determined by your specific experience and location. We also offer the following benefits:
