What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position where you will take ownership of our internal systems to help us scale effectively. You will be the primary person responsible for optimizing our application stack, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our teams have the data they need to make informed, strategic decisions.

What will you do?

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Manage the configuration and customization of our core platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling.
• Build and maintain robust data integrations while creating insightful dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI to support our reporting requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in IT and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• Deep technical proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Rippling.
• Strong expertise in data integration techniques and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, which you will use to collaborate across various departments and train end-users.
• A high level of comfort with analytical thinking and complex troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English.
