What you will do:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite/OpenAir configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environmentsAccounting/information systems background preferredAdministrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboardsA strong understanding of business processes and requirementsProject management, system implementation and system integration experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBasic Data Analysis with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas)Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong understanding of NetSuite OneWorld, and exposure to AP, AR, Rev Rec, GL, multicurrency, etc.Support activities:
Perform user account provisioning, maintenance, and de-provisioning activities.End user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, etcUser trainingsForm and field managementDesign and troubleshoot workflowsTroubleshooting with regard to all aspects of NetSuite/OpenAir/Workato and data integrityMonitor end-user usage of systems and track performancePrimary point of contact for application support and managing any escalations to external supportWhat you will bring to Coupa:
System Analysis: Analyzing business requirements and processes to identify how NetSuite/OpenAir/Workato can be leveraged to meet the organization's needsDevelopment of tests, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needsCollaborate with other teams on projects and be able to assess impact to financial systems and integrationsHelp lead and maintain 3rd party integrations with both internal and external systemsPerform error monitoring and hypercareExecute SOX controls and assist in fulfilling audit requirementsSolve tickets in a case queue, ability to prioritize cases with larger projectsThe estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
•Based in California: $91,800 - $108,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
