We are currently looking for a Business Applications Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity, helping us maintain the high standards of efficiency that define our brand.
Key outcomes
- Manage user account lifecycles, including provisioning, maintenance, and de-provisioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, addressing escalations and resolving tickets within our case queue.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows, forms, and fields within NetSuite and OpenAir.
- Develop and execute functional testing for system enhancements, customizations, and new application releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of projects on financial systems and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity while providing training to end users.
- Ensure compliance by executing SOX controls and assisting with audit requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify how our technical stack can better serve organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Two to three years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and OpenAir configuration and third-party integrations.
- Administrator-level proficiency in managing roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite OneWorld, including experience with AP, AR, revenue recognition, general ledgers, and multicurrency environments.
- Proven ability to manage system implementations and integrations effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A background in accounting or information systems is preferred.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is 92,000 USD to 108,000 USD. We are pleased to offer a fully remote work environment, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.
