What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Admin to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing our internal systems, specifically focusing on Salesforce and other core business applications to ensure our operations remain scalable and efficient. Your expertise in Engineering, CRM, ERP, and Data Analytics will be essential as you help us refine our internal processes.

• Provide technical and operational support for our Post Sales teams to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Implement system enhancements, including new fields, user interfaces, and automations, to support evolving business priorities.
• Identify and address technical debt by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize long-term, sustainable solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in Salesforce administration and a passion for data-driven results. You should possess a solid understanding of CRM and ERP technologies and be comfortable utilizing SQL and SOQL to manage data. We value candidates who can diagnose complex system issues, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain a high level of collaboration within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and holding a Salesforce administrator certification is highly preferred, as is experience with ticket management tools like Jira.
