Business Applications Admin - Salesforce CPQ at Coupa

At Coupa, we are dedicated to helping businesses manage their spend and optimize their financial processes. We are currently looking for a skilled Business Applications Admin to join our team in India. This role is focused on the management and maintenance of our Salesforce CPQ environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our quoting processes remain efficient, accurate, and effective as you work closely with our product owners and business analysts to implement high-quality solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will serve as a subject matter expert on our technical capabilities.

Key outcomes

• Partner with product owners and business analysts to translate technical specifications into functional configurations.
• Oversee the maintenance of our CPQ setup, which includes managing price books, product catalogs, and quoting workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the CPQ system to minimize downtime and errors.
• Maintain the integrity of product data, discount structures, and pricing information.
• Provide ongoing technical support to internal users and stakeholders regarding CPQ functionality.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the business applications team on all matters related to CPQ configuration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ.
• A deep technical understanding of Salesforce CPQ features, including price rules, product rules, multi-dimensional quoting, discount schedules, and usage-based pricing.
• Strong knowledge of the broader Salesforce platform architecture.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and perform detailed analysis.
• Experience working within Agile development environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A current Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
