What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Business Application Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will be a key part of our IT department, ensuring our critical financial systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. You will work extensively with tools like NetSuite, Coupa, Office 365, and Atlassian products to support our internal operations.

• You will manage and maintain essential financial applications, including NetSuite and Coupa, while overseeing user permissions and system access.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and data-related issues, ensuring our systems meet SOX compliance and security standards.
• You will design and implement custom reports and dashboards that translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience administering NetSuite and Coupa within a large enterprise or SaaS environment. You should have a solid grasp of the NetSuite stack, including modules like revenue recognition and procurement, and possess basic SQL scripting skills for managing records and KPIs. Strong business analysis capabilities are essential, as you will be responsible for capturing user requirements and enforcing data integrity policies. We highly value candidates who hold a NetSuite Administrator or Coupa Administration certification. Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate and document processes across our global teams.
