C3 AI is a premier provider of enterprise AI software, dedicated to accelerating digital transformation through our comprehensive platform. We are looking for a Business Application Support Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico, and help maintain the integrity and efficiency of our critical financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our IT department to protect financial applications and oversee user access rights.
- Manage and maintain key platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, Office 365, Atlassian tools, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory.
- Configure and deploy SAML and AAD Single Sign-On solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical and data-related challenges in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Create and maintain documentation for change management and data integrity policies.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOX compliance and internal security protocols.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
- Partner with our Finance and Technology teams to optimize NetSuite processes.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience administering Coupa and NetSuite within a large-scale enterprise or SaaS environment.
- Expertise in Jira configuration and managing application permissions.
- Deep knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem, including modules for Revenue Recognition, Order to Cash, Procurement, and general accounting functions.
- Foundational SQL scripting skills for KPI development and record management.
- Strong analytical capabilities to convert user needs into functional technical solutions.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional certification as a NetSuite Administrator or Coupa Administrator.
- Experience working with software such as OpenAir, ADP, Concur, FloQast, or Varicent.
