Business and Reporting Analyst at JUMO

We are looking for a dedicated Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team at JUMO. We operate at the intersection of technology and finance, working to build inclusive financial solutions that provide real value to customers globally. As a key member of our data organization, you will take ownership of functional data domains, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution while reporting directly to our Data Modelling and Reporting Team Lead.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with product owners, finance, and marketing teams to investigate our data platform and solve complex, real-world business challenges.
• Translate high-level business requirements into precise technical specifications that our data engineers can use to build scalable solutions.
• Design and implement performance metrics while performing quality assurance on data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across our reporting datamarts.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data and systems analysis, ideally within a formal data warehouse environment. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in data or systems analysis.
• A university degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Informatics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in relational database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
• A solid understanding of Data Governance, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance standards.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English.

It is a bonus if you have experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, cloud platforms such as AWS, or if you have worked previously within the FinTech industry.
