About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business and Product Sourcer to join our recruiting team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier by mapping talent and driving sourcing strategies for a diverse range of business and product positions. We offer you the independence and ownership to build this function from the ground up, serving as a key brand ambassador while delivering results in a high-speed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and qualify job requirements to ensure a deep understanding of our hiring needs.
- Proactively source and screen resumes while evaluating candidates for both role-specific and behavioral fit.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting partners to build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent that aligns with company priorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle sourcing.
- Strong ability to assess candidate aptitude and determine alignment with our culture and role requirements.
- Solid industry and technical knowledge, allowing you to identify relevant skills and target companies.
- Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Bonus points if you have experience with recruiting systems, a background in agency or in-house sourcing, or previous experience working directly with hiring managers.
Location
This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to work from our headquarters in Foster City three days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
This contract position offers a pay range of $50 to $63 per hour. As a contractor, you will be employed through a vendor partnered with Zoox, and you will be eligible for a benefits package provided by that vendor. We also support hybrid work arrangements to help you balance your professional and personal life.
