The role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Product Management team on a full-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business strategy. While this is a hybrid role, we anticipate you will be in the office approximately 5% of the time. We are particularly interested in candidates based in the Arlington/DC or Boston areas to help strengthen our local product communities.

Core responsibilities

• Serve as a central participant in the product development lifecycle by facilitating agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product performance metrics and business trends to generate strategic insights that guide our decision-making processes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to ensure we are making measurable progress toward our company objectives.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in business analysis, product management, or consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable performance insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the leadership potential to influence business outcomes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with business analytics tools or a background in healthcare SaaS is considered a plus.
