As the fastest-growing fertility group in the country, we combine clinical excellence with a deeply compassionate, patient-centered approach. Our team of world-class physicians and scientists is dedicated to helping people build their families, and we are looking for a talented professional to help us build the systems that make that possible.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though it does require 25% travel to our various sites. Your impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Map out current and future workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and provide ongoing application support to ensure our systems effectively serve our staff and patients.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role connecting IT and business functions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with system implementations and process mapping using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to assess risks and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- A 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match.
- Paid time off and dedicated mental wellness support.
- Maternity and paternity leave benefits.
- Professional development opportunities within our rapidly growing organization.
- Employer-paid life and disability insurance.
- Commuter benefits and various insurance discounts.
