What you'll be doing
- You will act as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams by gathering business requirements, documenting them, and translating them into clear functional specifications.
- You will manage the product backlog, write high-quality user stories, and prioritize requirements to ensure we are always delivering the most value.
- You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure everyone has a shared understanding of our project goals, timelines, and delivery realities.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis and a genuine enthusiasm for Agile software development. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- A solid understanding of technology and how it supports business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills, with the ability to consolidate diverse requirements into common-sense solutions.
- Excellent client-facing, partnership, and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our teams and clients across Canada.
- A collaborative mindset that helps you balance the needs of end users, business sponsors, and technical leads.
